How can I be eligible for the guarantee?

1. During one of the last 3 days before your actual test date, enter the Test Engine to do a FULL assessment (Number of questions to be set to 'ALL').
2. Print the Test Summary page proving that you scored 95% or higher.
3. Write the following information on the print-out:
- Name (as on your passport)
- Email Address
- Mailing Address
- Date and Time you completed the FULL assessment
- Contact No.
- Date of Actual Test

How do I file a claim?

If you have done the above and you unfortunately failed the actual test, mail the Test Summary print-out attached with a photocopy of your Traffic Police result slip to the following address:
